The watermain has been connected at Lapan road and 97% of watermain is installed. All tests on the watermain from Lapan Road to the railroad tracks on McLarty Road have passed. The directional drilling to install the remaining section of pipe beneath the railroad tracks is scheduled to start October 13th. Once the section beneath the railroad tracks is installed the section of pipe from Railroad tracks to Whites Beach will be tested. – Fleis & VandenBrink
Whites Beach Rd/Lafave Rd Site Update – Consumers Energy is finalizing the design to bring in power and gas to the site and will be submitting a cost and installation date. Electrical quotes are being evaluated. Contractor to install the remaining watermain pipes into the building to prep for the concrete floor to be poured in the coming weeks. Once the concrete is installed the insulation and wall sheeting will be installed followed by the interior watermain piping, booster pumps, chemical feed system, and electrical.
